PAYMENT
Foxy G. Knits accepts PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is expected within 24 hours of placing an order unless you have made prior arrangements with Foxy G. Knits for other terms.
Payment/Purchase cancellation: Once you click the “Buy Now” button, you commit to follow through on the payment.
Orders are confirmed via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving payment At that time, we will verify all information regarding your order.
SHIPPING
All items are complete and ready to be shipped. Foxy G. Knits ships domestically by USPS Priority Mail. For purchases totaling less than $100, you may opt to purchase insurance for an additional cost of $1.75 - $2.25. For purchases totaling $100 or more, insurance is included in the shipping price. Foxy G. Knits assumes no responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Orders are shipped several times a week and usually take 2 – 3 business days to arrive after shipping.
We happily combine shipping costs for multiple items purchased at the same time and shipping to the same address. Should the actual cost of shipping be greater than $1 more than what you paid, the over payment will be refunded via PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages are shipped First Class International unless otherwise requested. We highly recommend adding Flat rate Registered Mail for the most secure shipping. First Class International is less expensive, but does not have tracking and no option for insurance. With Registered Mail, you will receive both tracking and insurance automatically.
Foxy G. Knits is not responsible for packages lost in transit, which is why we recommend adding Registered Mail If you contact me, we will invoice you for the cost difference in shipping your package with the additional flat rate of $11.50.
RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase. We make every effort to provide clear descriptions and photos of our items. If an item is grossly misrepresented or has a structural flaw, returns will be accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. We will be pleased to provide you with store credit in the amount of your original purchase less return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you insure your return package, as Foxy G. will not be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.
